Design, manufacture & erection of an 870 m². extension to an existing, manufacturing and storage facility at Greenham Business Park, Newbury. The extension comprises of 340 m². of high bay warehouse and 530 m². of open fronted loading/ unloading and storage canopy.

Services supplied by McCanns: Planning, building control, design, manufacture of steel frame and all associated goods (barriers, flashings etc). Groundworks,
foundations, floor slab, erection & cladding.

All of the work had to be carried out over an existing busy goods in/ out yard working 24 hours a day. Through careful planning and liasion with the client, McCanns completed the contract on time and within budget.
